This is not a retreat. It is a private, 8 day summit on an exclusive private island in the Philippines, designed for a carefully curated group of 10-15 visionary leaders, philanthropists and entrepreneurs. Our purpose is twofold: to provide you with the ultimate strategic advantage by optimising your personal health and vitality, and to create a unique catalyst for collaboration toward global impact. We have specifically chosen late February for The Ariara Conclave as it represents the absolute peak of the dry season in Palawan, offering idyllic temperatures, calm seas and uninterrupted sunshine, ensuring a perfect environment for both our deep work and island adventures.

Each morning is dedicated to you. Through my system, The Path of Balance & Harmony, we will practice meditation and qigong full body conditioning exercises, and you will receive a personalised diagnosis of your physical and mental state (including in-depth medical pulse diagnosis), identifying where you hold internal tensions and how to relax them, and bespoke acupuncture to treat any symptoms you have and to stimulate high levels of homeostasis - your body and mind’s ability to self regulate. We will build a foundation of stability, flexibility and robust energy, giving you the clarity and vitality required to lead at the highest level. This is your unfair advantage.

The Catalyst

Most afternoons, we convene for "Impact Sprints"—high-level mastermind sessions where we tackle the specific challenges, passions, missions and opportunities of our members. This is where the true alchemy happens. We will leverage the collective intelligence, experience and networks in the room to unlock solutions to each other’s complex problems, consider new partnerships, co-found new projects and enflame each other’s passions. This is about setting a new standard for what is possible when brilliant minds and good hearts align.
